| Okay you asked for it lol! This is what I did to an old wire cage, I bent it, attached wheels, weaved in some sisal twine and the girls love it! Some houses, the one with the orange felt hammoks was a huge hit! The last one is willow branches Tuptim had her babies in the roof of that one, luckly she moved them before they fell This was my 1st boy's home, Fuzzy Willy died just before xmas Fudge in his raffia tube, I braided the raffia and sewed it into a tube The hanging toy is some ripped up pieces of jeans, and some sisal twine and the other hanging toy is pony beads on sisal(I go throught rolls and rolls of sisal!!!) Enjoy! |

| More shtuffs ...
This is the little ramp/bridge I made for mom and babies ... Was originally just a bridge, but it fell down today before the babies started roaming around the cage, and so I left it because it was easy for the babies to access and climb on. In the right bottom corner you can see the little water bottle holder I made so that the babies can reach the water bottle. _________________ --------

| Very nice!!! For the maze I would hot glue or white glue the pieces in, the tape can be bad if she chews on it. I use to have a mouse and a hamster(back when I was 14) I made a maze and raced them Benny the mouse always beat Joon the hammy!!! |

| Yeah, she's only used that maze once .. now when she is out she just wants to crawl all over us instead of play with toys.
We are thinking of buying one or actually taking the time to cut out the pieces nicely ourselves and hot glue it properly. _________________ --------

| Well, game on! Haha. I love making things for my micies too. Here are a few things I've made so far I made this for my original 4 mice to sleep and play on my desk with. This was my next Sculpy project, a prototype I abandoned because I figured out a better manufacturing technique... (involving paper mache) A simple hemp rope hammock I hooked this up between my computer and the bookshelf next to my desk I braided rope to make it stronger and less likely to be eaten through by the mice... I didn't do this with the rope holding the swing up so Gamma, who used it the most, eat through it a few times, but eventually left it alone. I just caught the mice on this woven bridge I made them, again out of hemp rope. I know it's a bit crooked, the bridge should be horizontal, but I wanted to get Alpha in the shot too even if cleaning day is tomorrow and the wheel is all poopy. |
