disappearance of John and Elizabeth Calvert, part-time Hilton Head Island residents who owned the company that manages the Harbour Town Yacht Basin, two boating and water sports businesses and Harbour Town Resorts.

Beaufort County Sheriff P.J. Tanner has said he thinks Gerwing killed the couple and disposed of the bodies some distance from Hilton Head. But Tanner and the volunteer group think there are other people who may have been involved in the disappearance or who at least have some information about the case.

"There are people out there who have more information than has been disclosed," Varone said. "We need to get the people with the information we need."
