Zumba DVD-Dance off the Ponds!

I have all the zumba dvd, so when it and the series is released, I will order it immediately. It is like “Banish fat” boost metabolism, but the circuit is based weight. About an hour, she has traveled twice five years per cycle, and most are hand exercise. Towards the middle, she believes matwork for ABS (with some weight!) And the last lines, she matwork old school for the legs and glutes. That kick my ass in the right direction. I Sweaty and exhausted at the end. I finished, but having to modify some exercise, so now I have something to do.
