Zumba-Are You Ready?

One night I could not sleep and I saw this commercial on TV. I’m a fan of excercise which I think are really intense, so I decided to try something different. I was convinced that Zumba was a workout does not feel like a workout. I must say that I did break a sweat every DVD. Sometimes the movements are a bit fast, but in practice I feel better. They are definitely a great workout. We analyze each segment, and well even if we are at “rest”, you can still hear the heart beating fast . The next day, I feel no pain, but find that the muscles actually work. It’s good for stomach. Nor do I feel great, but then skinny. I would recommend Zumba as part of your routine, if you are looking for variety. I felt this was very fun and feel really good when I’m ready!
